HISTORY OF HOGAN ACTION

Since its formation in 1994, Hogan Action Services, Inc. has been an active part of the construction industry on the Front Range.  J. Chris Hogan, the President and Owner, has over 24 years of experience in the earthwork/excavating industry.  Chris learned the business from the ground up, familiarizing himself with the workings and capabilities of each piece of equipment to ensure the utmost in safety and productivity.  Before starting his own business Chris had 10 years experience in all aspects of earth moving which  thoroughly acquainted him with the potential problems and solutions of his chosen field.  When Chris made the decision to start his own company, he began with one piece of equipment and one operator -- himself.  Today, he employs over 80 people and owns over 80 pieces of earthmoving and support equipment.

Al Greene, Vice President, Field Operations, started his heavy equipment career with the Army in 1988.  He started  his construction career in 1989 learning all aspects of operating all types of equipment working his way into management.  He has been with Hogan Action Services since 1995 and part  of the management team for the past 11 years.  Al will do everything he can to ensure your job will run smoothly, on schedule, on budget and most important safely.

Our quality control begins with the estimating process and extends through project completion including municipality acceptance.  Hogan Action prides itself on its ability to assist owners, developers and municipalities with value engineering, budgeting, planning and building projects, not only with quality earthwork, but also through General Contracting.  We utilize industry-specific software and up-to-date G.P.S. systems to assure accurate calculations of quantities necessary to balance a job.  Our administrative and support staff has several years of knowledge in their particular fields, most have been with Hogan Action for more than 7 years.
